Mutsy Transporter Stroller

I have to admit, I don't usually like carrying my child because the straps tend to dig into me, and there's never enough cushion. However, when I tried this carrier, I really liked it. Not only was it comfortable, but I actually used it for nap time when my daughter was particularly fussy, and I needed to be mobile during her nap time. She's not old enough for the straps yet, but I think that'll come in handy as she gets older. The only thing I found awkward was placing her in the carrier on my own--I always felt like I was going to drop her. I had to swing my daughter around to my back, and then pull the straps up around her. Like I said, a little awkward, but I practiced numerous times in front of the mirror, and pretty soon I got the hang of it. I'd definitely recommend this for experienced baby wearers and those who may be reluctant to try one, because it is just so easy to wear. I tried the chocolate-brown version (all-brown) and it went perfect with all my outfits!

If there's one baby product I don't skimp on, it's car seats. And though I normally prefer another brand for infant/toddler carseats, I do have Graco booster seats in our family cars, and love them. So I was a little skeptical trying this car seat out. The first thing I noticed was its bulkiness. To me, it was a little wide, and didn't fit easily into my Toyota Matrix car. However, upon installing it into a larger car (Hyundai Sonata), the fit was much better. I think it had to so with the size of the base and smaller cars, but perhaps other parents have had success in small cars. Once installed in the larger car, the seat was solid and sturdy, and surprisingly cushy. My ten-month-old's head was supported every way she turned (and slept) which I really liked (I always hate to see their heads hanging down--it just looks so uncomfortable!). Straps were easy to adjust and tighten, and it was easy to get my child in and out of the seat. She had a little difficulty in looking at her older sister in the booster next to her, and that was due to the size of the side wings by the head. Other than that, I liked the solid feeling of the seat and felt my child was safe and secure in the backseat.

So I was a bit skeptical about "reusable baby wipes." But I have to admit this kit is pretty cool. It contains two containers (one for clean and one for dirty wipes), and you prep the clean ones with essential oils. When you use a wipe, you just stick it in the sack, and when it's full, you throw the whole thing into the washer. Pretty easy and convenient!
