With the holiday's here and all the food and "goodies" I thought it would be good if we start supporting each other and reminding each other to keep track of what we are eating so that we don't engorge.

Good idea!  I have put the Wii Fitness Plus on my list for hubby.  I am not kidding.  I saw it at an event recently and now really want it.

 This is a great a idea... I need to shed a good 10 lbs.  by the end of the month which of course is impossible, but a good 5 will do. Then I can aim for another 5 lbs. in Dec.  I am going to try & hit the gym this week twice and do 3 yoga classes, pls. keep on check... I really need to do this. thx

I have been paying for my gym membership for a years and haven't gone since my daughter was born. Well I went when she was 6 months and took her to the kids club at the gym, but they called me every 5 minutes, so that didn't work out. I can't wait until she starts walking so I can start going back to the gym. That's truly one of the things I really miss. I don't miss the partying, etc. But I do miss being able to go to the gym.  Aside from helping keep me in shape, it also relieves stress.

My pants have been getting snug. *Sigh*. A part of me just wants to give in and say Heck with it gain ten pounds,

I need all the support I can get!

 It's so easy to gain, but much harder to lose.  Don't gain the 10 lbs... you will regret it later.  We should definitely support each other.  I know I need to lose some weight... ever since I have gain back about 10 lbs. that I lost I have been feeling a little depressed.  It's my fault for not sticking to better eating habits... so I need to start again.  This week marks the beginning for me.  I will post my progress.

I'm not even going to say what I gained, but I know I am going to do something about it. I am NOT about to go buy a new waredrobe. I want to fit into my existing. LOL!

 So I only managed to get to 3 yoga classes this past week, so I will aim for 4 this week.  I also, picked up a new yoga & pilates DVD so I can do it at home when I can't get away.  I am going to make an effort to go for a 1/2 hour run tomorrow while my daughter is in school.
